Codelinker started in 2016 as two engineers who kept being hired to clean up after the last agency. We are larger now and the job has not changed much.
Our story
Nine years of cleaning up after rewrites
Codelinker began in 2016 with two engineers and a pattern they could not unsee: every client had been sold a rewrite, and every rewrite had produced a system the client could not run.
We started taking the opposite engagement — measure first, fix the four things that matter, and leave behind a team who can do the fifth themselves. It is less impressive in a pitch and considerably better in a post-mortem.
Today we are nineteen people across Lisbon, Berlin, and Singapore. The engagements are longer, the systems are larger, and the job is still mostly the same: make the next change cheap.
